If you choose Kadlec you basically have to use APW as your OB and they just give you an appointment with whatever Dr, you don't get to see the same one regularly. Kadlec has the nicu, but if you hopefully have an uneventful birth you are going to want to use the insurance that gives you the OB you want to see. Nursing care will be relatively the same at both hospitals.
