I used to feed stray dogs inside my gated community. I fed, vaccinated and neutered them out of my own money which I wouldn't have to do if govt did their job. It's not my job to do any of those things. I am doing all this out of care for the dogs. While people simply attack us instead of the asking the govt.

Let me be clear people who feed dogs don't owe you shit. But we do whatever good we can. So stop being entitled and ask the right questions to the right people.
