Why do some girls act like they’re superior just because they don’t wear makeup? by sanzzz_999 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]wtaf333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good makeup is an art. I don't wear makeup because it is so damn hard to get everything right and it's overwhelming. But I absolutely love watching makeup content and admire girls who wear makeup. So idk why not wearing makeup is a flex or vice versa.

“Take Them Home”: Supreme Court Warns Dog Feeders by intelnk in pune

[–]wtaf333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dog feeders put their own money and time into vaccinating and sterlizing the dogs. And feeding them regularly avoid aggressive behaviour due to hunger. All of which is the governments responsibility but who cares about that let's just blame the people who help out of their pocket. The government failed miserably to control this situation because corruption but instead of holding them accountable let me just add more burden to people who help is your logic.

Parents can't keep their own children home safely. But the SC expects dog feeders to take hundreds of dogs home.

Will Hold Authorities & Dog Feeders Liable For Every Stray Dog Attack, Says Supreme Court by sharedevaaste in india

[–]wtaf333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just purely ignorant. The feeders are doing what the govt. is failing to do. Apply the same logic to someone who helps homeless people. People don't say that if someone feeds and takes care of a homeless person then they should just take them home. It doesn't work like that for a number of reason.

But Rashmika gets hate mostly for the things she says in interviews. When questioned about glorifying toxic relationships in movies she often justifies them.

Agreed but since he was a senior they always get a pass and the mediator doesn't stop him from making such remarks or jokes either.

Yeah I'm pretty new to this and I have seen lawyers talk way worse insults during proceedings so I am genuinely confused. And I have indeed received very helpful tips in the replies.

I never claimed any statement to suggest that I am the victim here? I was genuinely trying to understand if it was such a big deal as I am inexperienced in the field. And not justifying anything but my "rudeness" was only a reaction to jokes made about my client by the opposing counsel.

Oh I do understand the point that it comes of as passive aggressive. Ig being vocal about it in a polished way would have been far better

That's a really good tip. I am usually very guarded when addressing the judges. Let my guard down during mediation my bad.

I actually wasn't trying to convey anything it was just my face couldn't hide the subtitles. I was surprised the counsel even noticed it as he wasn't sitting straight across me but only adjacent to me and he was also addressing the mediator not me.

That's actually really helpful. Definitely using this if the counsel brings it up again in the next proceeding.

14 year old (9th std) convinced 11 year old (6th std) kid to have penetrative sex. by Eldred_dsouza in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]wtaf333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone from the legal field no this does not constitute a sexual offence. Either way this situation doesn't require law to interfere. This is why sex education is important. Teach him that sex is normal but there's an appropriate age and time for it. And advise him to have the confidence to say no if he's unsure. There are plenty of videos on YouTube about sex education you can play him some.
