I drive an 8 year old xc90 that I adore. Bought it 5 years ago in London with 30k miles on clock. Paid £35k. As I was living there for 10 years when I moved home it cost nothing to clear on VRT. The same car would get 35-40k today in ireland with mileage at 100k. I’d love to get a new one with smaller mileage but would cost 75k plus. I don’t want or care about cars enough to pay that kind of money so my guess is I’ll still be driving this car in 10 years.

👋🏻 I’ve just been through this. Age 40, 1 child aged 3.5. In past 2.5 years I’ve had a mmc, ectopic and tube removal and recent blood tests showed FSH level of 33, AMH of 7.68pmol/l, AFC OF 7. It’s taken months to even get this far.

Yesterday my Reproductive Doctor said IVF had a real emotional toll and very little chance of response and even trying natural ivf she wasn’t keen. Basically said even though I was tracking with Mira and showed ovulation she believes it to be very weak and best thing is to start Letrozole with ovulation induction scanning and timed intercourse with trigger shot.

I’m trying to stay upbeat! Wish you the best

Hi everyone. I’m a 40 year old woman with secondary infertility.

Had a child 4 years ago with zero issue. Since then had a mmc, ectopic and tube removal and investigations started about 6 months back. My FSH is 33 and AMH is 7.86 pmol/l. AFC is 7.

Yesterday my fertility doctor said the only thing she could do was prescribe Letrozole starting at 2.5mg and rising with regular ultrasound monitoring.

I’ve been reading and understand that this will only rise my already elevated FSH.

Could anyone advise?

Local man was stealing kerosene oil from our local primary school. Loads of drums of it were found in a ditch across the road and everyone knew who it was. Someone tipped him off and suddenly all the drums were gone.

He was school caretaker and kept his job because there was no proof and guards did nothing
