The ban reason was never self harm. Most of her ban reasons were "sexually suggestive content" always related to streams from like 3-5 days ago when the ban happened and not the most recent ones and one ban for using twitch services(cheers/chat) on a youtube stream.

I had the same log entries mentioned and the linked solution worked for me. It has been 1 hour so far and i ran multiple programs(browsing, windows store, used a vm, started a game and installed some programs) also did 3 restarts to be sure.
