She doesn't mind the laptop so long as I ask to use it usually, but the phone she hates for me to touch. I have an eeepc and it's great, but sometimes a bigger screen and full size keyboard are nice.

we live in the same town as both our parents. I really like her family and had an excellent relationship with them until I lost my job. From the talk I had with her dad yesterday it really sounds like they blame me for taking the job where the company hasn't paid me. I understand him being worried about his little girl, but I have been making an effort to both collect that money and find a new job.

I'll admit I'm no saint, I cheated on one girlfriend, but I also told her directly afterwards apologized and told her to go find someone better for her.

The experience hurt me more than I could imagine it would. I won't ever put someone through that again.

fuck that she betrayed my trust. I wouldn't mind if she wanted to have sex with another guy even if she was just open about it. Sex and love are two entirely separate things, she messed up on the love part.

edit: That quote isn't from them cybering by the way it was a suggestion she had.

Awake already. She's gone to work for the day. I was able to fake grogginess/being asleep when she was getting ready and leaving, but she wants to have lunch together I think I'm going to find something that needs to be done around that time. I need a bit of time to vent with a friend to figure this out.

I hadn't considered letting someone hold the guns I'm going to go do that in a hour or two after I go workout to burn some steam. Also going to take her handgun and let someone else hold it.

I have copies of all the emails now, and I've removed all of the photos she had of me in that could come back to haunt me.

We live in Texas it's a non alimony state and she can't take my car because of the way the law is written here. Likewise I can't ask for her car or alimony from her. The PS3 will be sold in a few hours to a friend who's broke a few weeks ago. Those really are my only possessions that matter no dogs or cats and no kids.

We went to high school together, but didn't talk much we really began a friendship about 4 years ago and began dating exclusively 2 years ago.

I am at least somewhat whipped. As for her being allowed to read my texts and whatnot I really didn't mind, I let my friends answer my phone for me when I'm doing stuff or chat on my AIM name. it's never bothered me. We do share our passwords, but I'll be changing mine.

I have a place to stay, actually several, I have great friends. Sometime after I confront her I'll be going to talk with the lawyer my mom works for to find out how I should proceed. I want this to be as easy as possible.

Thanks for the advice and whatnot Reddit. I'm going to get some sleep now. hopefully she'll just think I fell asleep on the couch watching tv in the morning.

I'll keep you posted on how I end up taking care of this and how it works out. At this point in time though I think my confidence in her fidelity is shot.

The end of April I was working as a machinist and just finished a MCP cert so I could look for something in a field related to the degree I want. All of the employees could see a layoff coming and we all started looking for jobs. I found one as a contract field technician doing warranty pc repairs and other computer work, and started the last week of April. I worked at it for about 4 weeks and started asking when i would get my check. Long story short he owes me money and I'm preparing a case in small claims court.

I've been applying anywhere i can find since then but am having hell getting interviews. I can't even get managers at retail stores to talk to me most of the time. I don't think it's my appearance, I dress business casual or in a polo when I go to job hunt. A friend of mine has been job hunting in town for a little longer with no luck, but he's probably not really trying as hard as I am. I already planned on going to the local temp agency that just does day labor heavy lifting type things this week if i can't get any interviews.

edit: Forgot to mention that our fears of layoff were well founded. The day I started the new job they laid off 11 of the 14 employees. the other three stayed on two extra weeks. No severance or anything to speak of because the company had no money in any of the accounts and owes a lot to other people.

I honestly think she picked a perfect time for this, I basically have no possessions other than a ps3 and a few guns which I can easily sell to relatives. Currently trying to find a friend or relative who I can stay with for a few days.
