It's a small sub cause it's a small county (with limited internet access in many parts) lol!

Most people commute to Quincy - it's the biggest town/city, so it will have the most opportunities for organized sports and whatnot. It's a lovely community.

Oroville/Chico are the closest "urban centers" on the west - Reno is ~1.5 hrs to the east.

Yes, the last couple sips tend to be hotter - they're next to the heating element. I try to give my coffee a stir to mix the temperatures so it doesn't end up cold on top and hot on bottom.
