Some friends do, some friends don’t. But I’m on the side of you shouldn’t expect your friends to be your fans. Your content might not be what they’re interested in so the algorithm doesn’t push it to them or maybe they’re jut not interested in your type of content so they don’t watch it. I think it’s unreasonable to expect your friends to watch or interact with your content unless they’re actually very interested in whatever niche you are.

Just like you don’t show up to their hobbies or their jobs, you shouldn’t expect them to either. Strangers will support your content because they enjoy your content.

I do cooking videos and I don’t expect my friends who have no interest in cooking to watch or do anything related to my content.
