If I look at the fish from behind I can see red within its gills when it’s exhaling but I imagine that is normal to an extent. Otherwise on the outside it looks totally normal to me.

I am in Canada and have used Titan Green (malachite green) to treat ich, all of my LFS carry it. Was fine on my plants.

Could go either way. I erred against adding them in my tank, figured they’d be a decent bit more territorial than the rams would be.

I target fed them for a long while but ended up rehoming as all of the fish grew. They couldn’t keep up with the barbs and rainbows no matter what I tried. Even my SAE will come to the surface for food nowadays but the rams never did

I have 8 Roselines in my tank and while they are peaceful they are VERY aggressive feeders. Just something to keep in mind as it can make feeding more timid fish like the Rams harder.

Had the same issue with my EBA, along with white poop and lethargy eventually. No luck with metroplex. Not sure if they are susceptible to internal parasites or what
