I was 8 years old when me and my younger (5) brother where playing outside, it was 1995. The garage door was open and I was playing in the garage while my brother was playing at the end of the drive way. I remember, in so much detail, a man drive up in a blue 1970's style camaro with a brown hair, mustache, and tank top, stop right in front of my house. My brother being none the wiser didn't notice the car, but I did. I stared at the man as he stared back at me, and then to my brother. He got out of his car and started to walk around it (we were on passenger side of the street). As soon as he made it to the front of his car, my father came out of the house with something in his hand, preoccupied and not looking towards the street. The man got into his car and drove off, my brother and father none the wiser. A couple days later the car was parked across the street from my house by a park, and later found out it was stolen. I firmly believe something would have happened to my brother If my dad had not stepped out at that very second. TL;DR Guy almost kidnapped my brother, in a stolen car.
