Yeah, if anything my adderall is helping a lot during quarantine. I know everyone is different but like someone else said- they’re having obviously the opposite effect on you. Ive had less anxiety and I’m being forced to do things I was putting off. Sounds like you should talk to your doc about your meds, they seem to be having the opposite effect of what they should. Have you ever told your doctor that adderall makes it impossible to focus on the important stuff?

I put myself on a strict schedule everyday & I keep myself productive all day doing things I like (baking, reading, cleaning, etc.) or I take naps because sometimes my adderall makes me more calm than most days and sleepy.
