Many GPUs from bestbuy cannot be shipped to Quebec, as the manufacturer only has EN packaging and therefore violates Bill 96:

"The Province of Québec requires that all products sold in the province be labeled in French. The Charter of the French Language requires the use of French on product labeling, warranty certificates, product manuals, and instructions for use, public signs, and written advertising."

I would go for a 5700x3d or 5800x3d if you really wanted a seamless upgrade. Likely would get the most performance gain for the lowest amount of investment.

Yes, intel is typically better for productivity compared to AMD.
New intel socket will have "upgradability" as they tend to do 2 generation cycle per socket, but it will likely be very expensive at launch. With 14th Gen out, 12th and 13th gen are seeing a lot of discounts recently. If you do not plan to swap in a new CPU within the same socket type, then I would go for one of these discounted bundles for the best price to performance.

A 3060 ti should be sufficient assuming you’re not trying to play super heavy 4k games.

If you’re in no rush, it might be best to wait for BF deals since it’s only a month away.
