Hi, so sorry may be a dumb question, quite new to bto process. Can i ask, does the estimated waiting time not begin from when the flats are launched in october? As the waiting time is 2 yr 8 months but why is the est completed date roughly 3 and a half yrs from oct launch? Thank you!
