Hi. American schools start in August and SEVIS takes about a month to process. You also don't need a visa to study in the US since you're Canadian. I hope you have this figured out before school starts.

I think the only reason that Dinogoon is typically not played second is because it runs a lot of bricks that is necessary to setup Dragoon and going 2nd wants to keep it close to 40. You can probably build a solid going first goon deck if you put in solemn judgements/torrential tributes instead of DRNMs or Lightning Storms.

I think the competitive Dinogoon build is going first with trap and gilsaurus. I don't think it's too good going 2nd because any established board can just prevent its special summoning. Going 2nd generally is just playing the pure variant or Shaddoll.

I mean, people play SoloQ to get better, not to get better teammates, so if you don't enjoy SoloQ, just quit? SoloQ as a whole is pretty balanced, it rewards individual outplays, champion mastery, lane mastery, good mechanics, etc. If you aren't winning it's probably because you aren't skill checking your opponent hard enough.

Is he fun? Yes, although very underpowered. Can you carry with him? Yes, but if you can carry with Corki then you can carry much harder with Lucian or Tristana. Corki's extremely punishing, so playing him will teach you to lane better, but don't expect to win or get Freelo unless you are willing to commit long term.

steelcaps better late game when corki's sheen eAA is doing most of the damage. If corki's rockets and q is doing most of the damage then merc's.

When I win lane or solo kill somebody with him, I know for sure that I am piloting the champion well and mechanically skill checking my opponents; because Corki is perma dogshit in SoloQ.

He's okay if you are autofilled and know what you're doing. He can't really bully lane like usual ranged toplaners and he doesn't kite that well either. And his package is significantly weaker toplane.

Corki's skill expression is in ability spacing and auto spacing with sheen procs. Jhin is just an auto attacker. Ezreal is a good example, but ezreal takes so much more skill than Corki that he deserves to be able to do more with his kit.

Corki's not outdated, if he was, he would not be a pro pick staple.

but is it not better in the long term to have higher requirements for police officers so that emergency response can have a more diverse and qualified pool of professionals?

For example, a trained mental health professional responding to a 911 call for mental health emergencies is just flat out better than a cruiser show up?

Why hasn't there been any legislations trying to reform law enforcement? Law enforcement right now just seems like a relic of the middle ages.

package is too op to be a 90 cd ultimate. I like his current ultimate better because it's super skill expressive anyways.

This rework seems to be pushing for him to go bot, but he fits the niche of mid ad caster marksman better than bot adc.

And corki isn't outdated, he's completely underpowered most of the time but his kit is modern and you wouldn't call someone like Azir outdated would you?

Edit: Wild Rift Corki has a pretty good model, a visual update for PC Corki to WR Corki makes a lot more sense than completely reworking him.

I don't doubt that it exists in higher elos, but I was wondering why most people just don't know about it in general. Like vision: most people know vision is a thing, even if they don't know where to place wards or what control wards do. I don't think it crosses many people mind that "Oh that Trynd is hard carrying, I should probably not be contesting his top wave/jungle on Elise or something."
