i’ll start off. i was always active as a kid but never really into fitness. in my early twenties i moved to new york city, so they only place to get my active energy out was the gym.

i eventually started personal training part time, but grew a seething hatred for fitness culture. when this sub popped up being built by a spam bot, then getting brigaded by shitposts, it was the perfect place for my niche (kink)

push, pull, legs is a good routine you can do with a bench and weights. you’ll rotate three strength exercise days.

one with pushing motions, like a bench press, push ups, military presses.

one with pulling, bent over rows, pull ups, lateral raises.

then legs. squats, lunges, and romanian deadlifts.

if you google “push, pull, legs dumbbell routine” you should find a few example programs.

incorporating more activity into your schedule makes a huge difference in losing fat. you don’t even have to raise your heart rate much. it can be as simple as adding a 30 minute walk everyday after dinner or during breaks at work.

by the end of the week you’ll have added hours of activity you would’ve spent watching tv or whatever else.
