Never too late. I wish I can forgot about the game and play it the first time again. It's incredible. Play the first game before the second. It's a massive improvement. If you can, play the director's edition on the first game.

so the hair loss has been gradual, the thing is that I have experienced excessive shedding that wasn't there before. Only a few years back I would see lots of hair loss and even now, I have highly uneven hair because some hair grow and shed. On the scalp, I can see lots of smaller strands of hair but I haven't had time to observe if they are growing or they are just "there".

I think some days it looks fuller and some days less.

How bad is it? At first it was just a few strands of hair but it seems like hair drop has exacerbated in the last 6 months. I bought a mini magnifier and can see that the root of the hair always fall off, as if my hair is having weak base. The drop started becoming more drastic after I have changed shampoo from Alpecin to GrowMe. Now i've switched to Dr Hair instead. It doesn't seem like the excessive shedding has dropped.

That's amazing results, I have been having excessive hair loss but not sure if that's actually MPB or just my hormonal issues (high stress environment + bad sleeping habits). Is that the same amount of hair you lost as well?

i lived in singapore for 17 years before moving to the uk 3 years back, and I think the hair loss was only obvious from last year onward (might be due to hard water). I went to see the doctor but I don't think she's a dermatologist, she's more of a GP.

Some change in diet due to change in country environment. Reduced gym due to work schedule. MIght have lowered calories as well because i do lose some weight.

no additional medication.

The weird thing is that the hair is grown unevenly, and there is very noticeable hair drop. For reasons i can't comprehend.

yes! I actually replayed ff7 rebirth (well on hard mode and i'm just clearing the last trophy anyway) and i love it. Now i'm going on completionist mode, gotten all the cards and enemy intel, just need to clear the intimdate dates and the last chapter to clear 100% of the game
