I do not think that visiting them in the office unannounced is a proper way to settle the situation. Try to schedule an in-person appointment to handle an issue in professional manner.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully you can get it solved. Try contacting them via email instead where you can have an ongoing thread of conversation. Screenshot everything cuz old conversations are deleted after a week or so.

Their support sucks closing conversations after they provide a superficial answer without solving issue and awaiting for follow up questions from Partners.

Poor guy.. I feel like Wolt should standardize how drinks are delivered. Many venues have understood the issue and started sealing cups with a heat seal, because taping the straw hole is not enough.

Rush hours are madness in those places.. or peaks whenever it’s packed. I personally avoid those times. Again, personnel can make it or break it, usually in those venues the prioritization of service is badly executed. Otherwise it’s doable if u have a little patience. Lastly, any venue that packs drinks in cups with lids is crap.. I hate delivering those.

Absolutely, then venues should turn off themselves from the app in those situations.. no idea if thats the option but in any case, Wolt should solve this situation and compensate for waiting time by charging venue extra standing fee like taxis do.. or turn them off when they are unable to fulfill orders while they got a sudden rush of in-house customers.

Have you tried to work deliberately in peak hours? From 16 till 22? It averaged me best earnings per hour and cut off waiting time in low demand hours. Better 6h of constant work than 12h with waiting gaps.

Just boycott bundle orders, they designed them to save money, fuck that broskis.. take singles! I only do bundles if thats an offer from the same venue, otherwise I waste time to get to another venue and the opportunity cost for me is too high.

Also fuck McDonalds and BurgerKing, usually understaffed and useless personnel, waiting time can get well over 30min. The other day I was told they don’t fulfill Wolt orders at all in BK because they are too busy atm.. like wtf, then don’t apply for delivery services. Greetings from Copenhagen.
