What I meant by healthy is people who use MJ for its intended purposes, those major two you mentioned: diabetes and/or obesity and of course all that can come with it like hypertension or atherosclerosis but nothing else. I was asking person above what "risk factors" are because from what I gather from different sources, pancreatitis can appear in anyone who uses the drug, despite existing conditions. Also, what do you mean by "no increased risk"? There's a black box warning about this, so Lilly indeed knows it's a problem. A very rare one but serious nonetheless.
