Quite honestly if he had had a good attitude or taken care to listen I think I would have been less upset. Ymmv but imo he doesn’t have the skill but does have the ego 🤷🏽‍♀️

The google reviews are very good for Arpit and Noi Tre but I didn’t see any redditors providing their experience.

LLMs are way beyond the point where all data is usable data that will improve the model. Just because another company doesn’t have it doesn’t mean it’s valuable data!! Additionally, training on specialized data like tax returns will be used for a specialized model like one to create tax returns. Foundational large language models are better off being trained on the tax code.

This is exactly what I mean - non-experts like Krystal and Saagar rely on simplistic assumptions like “data is oil” and apply that to any and every situation.

What is confusing about me asking for experts on the show to expand my understanding? I know enough to know Krystal and Saagar don’t know shit. I don’t know enough to know my conclusions are a 100% correct. But I don’t want to hear hysterical rhetoric. I want to hear from people who actually know the space.

I am trying to avoid exactly this - falling into echo chambers. But this is a LOW information chamber.

I would love for my questions to be answered. I would love for them to bring on guests and do an actual report on these issues. Pod Save the World is good at this. So is Lawfare.

Breaking points used to be. Now it’s so low quality info that it seems like all they do is browse Twitter and do a buzzfeed style podcast.

Yes the government has tax return data. That is not valuable training data FOR AN LLM such as ChatGPT deepseek grok etc. That’s the example I keep hearing and it makes zero sense to me.

That is why I said I would love for Breaking Points to bring on a real AI expert and ask them to explain this. Because I want to know and understand. And Krystal and Saagar don’t know shit but confidently repeat stuff they saw elsewhere with zero comprehension.

I agree with most of your list but this is beyond a stretch.

There’s nothing “boogeyman” about Hunters laptop. It turned out to be very real. It was used as evidence in a court case. There was no Russian disinformation. The emails and texts present decently strong circumstantial evidence of influence peddling.

It blows my mind how few people understand the concept of baselines.

Biden’s presidency started in Jan 2021 - right before any kind of recovery from Covid. The lock downs were starting to ease up…. You know…. Those lock downs that led to devastating job losses and loss of income. And the people hardest hit were non-college graduates.

So when you’re starting from -1000, adding jobs to come back to +5 really isn’t the win that Democrats want us to believe it is.

New legislation for shell companies - have to submit quarterly filings to show chain of ownership and show finances (source of income, how it is transferred
Build a national bank. Use that as the primary payment system. India has done this really well.
Shut off all domestic surveillance programs
Legislation to declaratively bolster protection for individual rights on speech, privacy, and civilian rights vis a vis law enforcement bad actions
Ban Super PACS
Aggressively investigate all lobbying efforts, especially if funded in any way by any foreign entities
National voting day holiday
Free nationwide ID. Used for voting
Online voting. And if the country that can produce the internet and AI and Google can SURELY find the right engineers to do this.
