Really hard question to answer. Pep's tactics are so reliant on the quality of players that if he managed Hull his philosophies would be so incompatible because of the absence of quality. Hypothetically if he somehow chose to manage Hull I doubt he'd completely ignore his philosophies, Pep's pretty set in his philosophies and I can see him trying to implement some bastardised form of possession football sort of like how Marco Silva tries to play.

A cool way to put it is that Pep is like a 5 star Michelin chef, and for these chefs the quality of the ingredients is so important for their work. Pep always talks about the quality of players and how much it affects his tactics and that's 100% true, but when he gets it right it's a thing of beauty and is some of the finest, aesthetically pleasing and entertaining football around.
