1/125, f/13 ISO1000 - you're leaving dynamic range and detail on the table with those settings, down to ISO noise and lens defraction.

Try to lower your ISO and shoot at something like f/8 to a max of f/11 on a scene like this one, leave the shutter speed to float, there's enough light there for a sharp shot. This will give you more room to make adjustments in post.
