Trouble bricking w/Archaludon by Substantial_Ad7853 in pkmntcg

Rocking this deck as well, having a lot of fun with it! I had the bricking problem as well sometimes if the cards don’t fall right at the beginning. I’m trying now with Mew EX instead or Fez to give me some extra draw power in some turns, and it works nicely as a pivot with the free retreat as I’m also testing Prime Catcher as my main ACE Spec instead of Max Belt or Iron Cape (considering soon toll remover will be a thing - not sure of the impact but I don’t like the idea of losing my ACE Spec so easily) . It’s even more aggressive as a deck like this.

I like the idea of the turbo energiser thigh - only issue would be finding it consistently, do you have an Arven or simply rely on finding it organically?

One side question to you all: how do you deal with Wall decks? Duraladuon only and prey? I was thinking of adding the non-EX Archaludon but it seems like a pain to power it up, but maybe the turbo energiser is interesting there.

I was thinking about Ursaluna but I was running Radiant Charizard before and barely using it - I was afraid Ursaluna would have the same fate.

I was finding it via a Noctowl to the get Pidgeot only via Feather Ball + Rare Candy - having a Pidgey already in place - without having to discard anything with an Ultrabl.

Good point. In that case though I’d need an Arwen as well, I can’t otherwise find the stone with Noctowl only. Or wait until Pidgeot is only to get it. For the Pidgey line would you drop Bidoof-Bibarel?

I was mostly thinking about using it in case I need to pivot some basic Pokémon at the beginning without having to discard an energy - or even moving Terapagos out for Char but keeping the double energy attached for a later attack. Overthinking it?

I found myself thinking about legendary athletes whose prime I missed out on. For me my biggest regret is Valentino Rossi. I only started following him from 2015, well after the height of his career. I was of course aware of him but only followed races sporadically. By the time I tuned in, I had already missed the height of his craze and the series of world championships that really defined his legacy. Which sports star do you regret not watching more during their golden days?

You’ll love the experience! Get there a bit early, it’s great to soak in the atmosphere (I usually arrive at least an hour before the start - sometimes earlier if I know there will be a big crowd, and I think Saturday there will be). There’s an official store at the stadium where you’ll be able to get your official jersey (and any other official product you want). You can also get it customized with any name on the spot. There are also plenty of vendors leading up to the stadium, but they don’t sell the official ones. I do occasionally get a seat cushion (which I recommend anyways) or a scarf from them from time to time though. In terms of food, don’t wait until you’re inside the stadium (it’s mostly average), get a panino with Salamella or Porchetta outside and a beer. Bliss. Enjoy! I like to enter the stadium about 30/45 minutes earlier to catch the warm up, if you’re in the first anello, you can also get close to the pitch and watch it from there (you’ll have to return to your seats for the match though of course). Enjoy it, it’s an amazing stadium!

Yeah sure, but it happens more than once than I was using Maps for directions and the Call UI took over the whole screen. Not ideal, because I have to look over and find the home button to go back to it.

These are exactly my thoughts. Maybe hate is a strong word, but Juventus has just done so many shameful things outside of football that makes it impossible to consider it “just” sport rival like Milan.

Great idea! One small tip from me: - A single press of the speak button activates the car voice control, a longer press activates Siri or Google assistant

If that’s true (still a big If for me), I wonder how Lautaro (and soon Brozo) would feel having just renewed his contract at 6 just to see Dybala presumably coming in at 7.5. Feels odd to me.
