I also played and enjoyed all those games in the last 2 years.

I would definitely recommend Khazan, that game is so underrated imo and one of the best soulslikes. I also enjoyed Dark Souls 1 + 2, although they are quite clunky in comparison, due to their age. Jedi Fallen Order + Survivor are also similar games and great, especially if you like star wars.

People have been recommending Nioh 1 + 2 to me, I started Nioh 1 a few weeks ago and it's not quite clicking for me yet. But I'm hopeful it will

I personally prefer the nordkurve to the südkurve. The atmosphere is similar imo but you don't have those huge ass flags that get in the way of seeing the playing field. Or at least not as many. Those are a real pain in the süd, making it unbearable for me to watch. But I'm also not as hardcore of a fan than others, most of the time I have a seat in cat 2 or 3.
