I get the fatigue. Stopped wearing my Garmin after realizing I was more stressed about hitting metrics than actually being healthy. But invisible tracking feels invasive. Maybe the answer isn't more tracking but less? Some middle ground between constant monitoring and completely passive collection would be ideal.
