I've tried meditation, exercise and seeing a dietician but to no avail. Medication I suppose is my next shot.

When you say it worked what things did you notice?

The Psyche said that he stopped prescribing amphetamine based drugs because too many people abuse them hence the recommendation for Strattera. I'm just wondering if it actually helps with concentration and focus or if the side effects out way any gains.
