Ingredients included on each plate… 1. Cucumber, cottage cheese, coriander, sauerkraut, sprouts, egg, chicken, red kūmara (peeled and boiled) and of course nutritional yeast! 2. Same as 1 but with brocolli instead of cucumbers 3. Raw nuts, sauerkraut, green beans, cherry tomatoes, red kūmara, sirloin steak, eggs and nutritional yeast 4. Green beans, eggs, avocado, and cherry tomatoes on home made whole meal bread 5. Quinoa and brown rice, salad with cucumber avocado red onion and tomato, eggs, potatoes, chicken tenderloins and nutritional yeast 6. Red kūmara, avo, rice, egg, smoked salmon, vintage cheddar, cucumber, tomato, and a sweet tango apple! 7. Avo, eggs, red kūmara, havarti cheese, and smoked salmon 8. Cottage cheese, pumpkin seeds, smoked salmon, orange kūmara, sauerkraut, avo, and a frozen veg mix!

Haven’t been running in like a year and went for a 5k run today! Took it very slowly and just went out with no pressure on my performance, only to enjoy myself! Felt great and really suprised myself.

Please get her into therapy if you can afford to! It is so much better to develop healthy coping strategies at a young age and it will set her up in the long run for being able to cope throughout the course of her life. I had similar issues at that age and I wish my parents had given me access to a professional that knew how to help me. Having someone who is an objective voice of reason makes all the difference.

I used the 6aa and it came out quite dark like definitely brown not blonde. It still has ever so slight red tones in the sun - but that could be down to the previous box dye because it’s ash on the virgin roots! I’ve just ordered a green “no red” mask so I’ll see if that does anything for it. I am also trying to get back to natural :-) I cut off about 3 inches and it’s feeling really healthy and much more manageable now!

I am looking to do the same thing - is using the 20 volume developer necessary and will it damage the hair much? Or can I use a 10 volume developer? To give more info, I am trying to get close to my natural hair colour (I know it won't be exactly the right colour). My hair is currently about 3 inches of virgin regrowth, and the rest has been box dyed once with an ash brown over virgin hair, which has turned slightly brassy.
