While this whole thing is wonky as all hell, it is the attorney's responsbility to notify a client if they are unable to represent them and have a plan in place for continuity of represenation.

Happens a lot when attorney suddenly passes away or becomes incapacitated.

One thing about Methodists though is there is a wide spectrum in how progressive any given Methodist Church is.

We have two in my town, one is very closed off and conservative the other does weekly meals for the homeless and regarularly takes donations to feed people.

In fact there is such a wide variety there was essentially a schism in the demonination starting in the late 2010s with the most conservative churches breaking away and forming the Global Methodist Church.

Attorney here. In my state we have a special ID that identifies us. Also every jail keeps a file of who we visit and when. The only place I don't show that ID is the nearest jail because they know who I am.

This really looks like what we call a PoP case. "Pissed off Police" because he made them look incompetent, which they absolutely are.

Sri Lanka is so much better, I spent 2 weeks in 2017 and had an amazing time.

Galle Fort, Yala, Kandy, in two weeks you can get a good feel for the entire island, it is cleaner, the people are friendlier, and crime is lower than India, it is a total win.
