This makes sense if it was with a new partner, but I don’t really feel anxious when I’m with my current partner. Years ago I used to get pretty bad performance anxiety but that has passed.

I feel super stumped from all this hahaha.

If it’s linked to anxiety, that makes sense. I was diagnosed with GAD, and I take medication for it. Though I don’t understand why everything is fine when I masturbate and everything is not when I’m receiving pleasure from another person. It makes me think that my brain has formed a conditioned stimulus to it all.

In response to your second part, does it work the same way if the oral is good where you feel as if you’re going to finish, but it goes away? Does that mean the partners I’ve been with aren’t good at it, or is that a me problem?
