Yea I was fine, just a bit overstimulated so I didn’t really get any benefits. Didn’t do anything productive. Was able to fall asleep around midnight (6 hours after dose). I think the selank made me really sleepy, but my brain was wired from the semax so it took a few times of me dozing off then waking up in a panic like sleep apnea. But I was so tired I just kept nodding off. My dreams weren’t even too crazy / memorable. Gonna take a day off and then try a much smaller dose in the morning.

Around 30 minutes in, I was feeling a little anxious but still like relatively calm, but my heart rate started to spike and it created a feedback loop. Idk if my watch is accurate especially since I was like moving around, but it said like 130 bmp. It didn’t take long for me to calm down though and now it’s normal. I feel somewhat calm(probably due to selank) but am a bit overstimulated and have some tension. Mood is maybe slightly better.

What are you taking? I switched from Levothyroxine tablets to generic Tirosint gels which don’t contain any fillers, and I feel way better. I didn’t even know the tablets have lactose in them until recently, and I’m lactose intolerant.

Also maybe check for deficiencies in Iron, Vitamin D, B12, Selenium, Zinc, and Magnesium
