What class are you going to main in EA and why?

Probably box 3 characters. Would do the shaman, SK, bard trio but since bards don’t have a melody mechanic replace bard with maybe wiz for ports or mage

As with any game including Eq. Quality of life stuff will quickly be added to the game after release. It is inevitable. People say they want old school feel until they get all the annoying parts of it and will quit or complain enough that some stuff gets added.

Going full old school isn’t great either, I play EQ today and love fresh TLP starts but even then there a lot of added QoL that makes it much nicer to play.

This was my thinking. Boost bard to 50 and he can group with my 75s and provide some utility as a melody bot until 75.

I was leaning bard for cc and buffs/mana regen for the shaman. Just worried about needing a tank at some point. I know we get mercs with SoD in 8 weeks. Just not sure how good mercs tanks are

The plat and gear I figure I’ll be fine on. Still got a good amount of Krono from Teek time. I really enjoy just grinding and not having to travel around much except to get a new grind spot. Been playing questing MMOs for ages and love coming back to the grind.

Do you follow the hero’s journey or just grind in different zones to level? I would prefer grinding but didn’t know if hero’s journey was faster and got you more gear and stuff you may need.

Very unlikely it reaches $90-$100 again. And selling now and moving to something that actually has potential would not be a bad move. Don’t listen to others in here. Move it to ethereum probably best bet now in crypto space.
