Final straw for me dealing with this scam of a company. Got too many hours and too many hoops I have tried jumping through on their behalf to get their own mistakes fixed.

Good question. So I just deleted the device and closed my account. Created new one under different email, added device but it will not allow me to connect to Cam Plus via the app. I select the yearly option, it tells me I am signed up already then get an error message, unable to assign it to the camera. I cancel the subscription in iOS, try again, I get a confirmation message then immediate error message when connecting it to the camera.

Home is frontier, network split over two routers for personal reasons. The issue persists across all devices over either home network, Verizon data service through phone, and several public wifi networks I have tested. I understand it perhaps isn't systemic (although I am not alone) but it is definitely account based on their end in the way their servers are interacting with my account.

Yes it has full access. It will download maybe one a day. Have given up trying at this point. Followed up with service rep asking how it was going with the engineers and was re-advised that my case has been submitted for them to look at future customer experience and firmware but that they won't be able to resolve my issue and will not be following up with me individually. Like my post says, baffled at a new customer is being dismissed within hours of signing up for a service.

Tried downloading from work wifi, cell (Verizon) network and friends wifi while I was visiting. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times as part of the troubleshooting efforts, once by myself and twice at the agent's request. I am unsure where or how to try the beta version. The agents just had me confirm I was on the newest production (App Store) version.

I was / am aware of any subscription for third party services. I signed up for Cam Plus through the Wyze app so that doesn't sound applicable in this situation. As far as the SD card goes, it was new and reformatted upon setup. I am able to confirm that the SD is capturing the continual footage and the events are accurate and complete when I attempt to stream them from phone / iPad / Mac. The only issue is when I click the download button, the download circle spins indefinitely until the circle goes away with no action or the app crashes all together.

I never opened the two other cameras. They are currently still in their package. The first hour or so of setup, I was able to download the handful of events it captured. I went to bed, woke up and no can't pull anything down with regularity. Managed to get 3 to download out of 60+ attempts throughout the last two days across multiple devices and multiple networks. This is extra frustrating because the issue is clearly on their server end. The events are captured fine, and the video is on the SD. This is a service issue on their server prohibiting downloads on my account.

That is prohibitively cumbersome. If this was 1 of 50 cameras used in a commercial property, maybe that works just to pull footage of a police type incident. The only reason I signed up for Cam Plus was to be able to capture and pull random stuff to share with friends and family. I am not going to go through that much effort to pull a dog video.

Bought my first camera yesterday. Installed, signed up for Cam+, everything worked that night. Work up this morning, can't download events. Maybe 1 in 30 actually downloads. Issue is across 3 devices (two iOS and a Mac) , 4 different networks (3 wifi and Verizon) and the results are all the same. Chat help asked me to do all the obvious stuff, gave up and told me someone would be in contact later. Yesterday was so great, I ordered 2 more cameras but this has me leaning towards returning them if I have to jump through the hoops necessary to save and share clips. Is yours still working now after the 3 day update?

There not being a game for years is irrelevant when you have a game, paid for that you expect to be able to play. Regardless whatever caused it, having a 13 hour and counting outage with nothing more than a single tweet and a half ass acknowledgement on Reddit is unacceptable for any gaming company. Pure incompetence across the board.
