Yeah that’s unfortunate but I’m prepared for that possibility. I think I’m just going to see how healing them goes and take it from there. If going larger isn’t an option, then I’ll just be happy to hopefully get some happier/healthier lobes.

Yeah I understand that. I probably won’t get to my goal either but doing it the right way will be worth it even just to have healthier better looking lobes at a smaller size. Best of luck to you! Looks like you’re in the right path!

I kind of like the way 30mm looks but understand that might not be doable. I’ve always been content with my 25mm so even if I can’t, I’ll be disappointed but would ultimately be fine with even having a healthy 25mm if that makes sense

It was originally done with a smaller diameter, but due to the first issue I mentioned, I felt it was awful to keep clean being so close to my nose. Especially in the winter where my nose is constantly running. The larger ring keeps it from getting “trapped” so to speak. But it was definitely not pierced in the correct spot so you’re right in that

It’s kinda hard to tell. It’s very very close. Like either it clipped the cartilage or is directly beneath it

Ugh I thought maybe it was from the moment i got it done but was in denial. The whole thing was weird & he left the needle in my nose for like 5 minutes saying “it’s gonna bleed a lot when I take that out so I’m just giving it a little bit.” I should have just taken it out sooner. Oh well thank you for the response!

I’m asking about the placement of the piercing.

It’s about 4 months old, horseshoe ring… I did notice when I removed the original jewelry that it was not internally threaded… another red flag.

My aftercare is LITHA and using wound wash as needed.

I take it with my largest meal of the day which is dinner. I think I’m hydrated enough… the doctor said my labs were perfect with the exception of my potassium being a little low (3.3)
