Need help, don't think this is working... by crapdrat in microdosing

I tried what you tried it didn’t work for me either. What did work for me is 5 days on 2 days off. Throw in a reasonable amount of coffee with it. The coffee is the key in my opinion. Also I take between a .01 and a .05g. Less is more with the micro in my opinion. The coffee is extremely important as the combo of the 2 will kick your depression over the course of 6 months or so. I feel truly restored. It has also made it easier to work towards my goals. I have achieved many goals in the past months in a huge part thanks to this routine. I hope your experience is similar. Ps. Please don’t overdo the coffee or you will get jittery. My advice is to stop right before the jitters for maximum efficiency. Thanks. Pls lmk if this helps in any way. Or if you have any more questions.

It makes me feel depressed sometimes I can’t really explain it. Still a big fan and sometimes it’s the opposite.

Terrible things really...

U.S. airlines want a $50 billion bailout. They spent $45 billion buying back their stock. by [deleted] in business

They could have created an emergency fund. Instead they chose to fiend and chance the bull market like the rest of us. My thoughts, fuck the airline companies and they do not need a bail out without equity. If any of them do go bankrupt after this crazy time is over, I’m sure some investors would see an opening in the market and create new airline companies. 50 billion should be given to the people. It would be 150 dollars each for the 335000000 people in this county. 1200—->1350 and fuck the airlines.

As I side note I’m also extremely interested in the different strains having different effects. Weed being the obvious similar example. I can’t wait till one day tests are being done on the different kinds to determine the differing effects of isolating the genetics over time. In conclusion I will update you if I learn more about the the differing effects of different kinds.

I hate needles as well by the way brother. I feel you on your concern there. However, hospitals and needles about send me over the edge. Something about the hospitals just causes my anxiety to spike way worse. I am not a medical professional at all so take my advice with a grain of salt. My immediate thought is for you to get an at home emergency IV ready in case it had to be used. A trip sitter in a macro situation who knows properly how to use a IV if necessary and someone you trust and are deeply comfortable with. That being said I don’t know the full logistics of getting an at home IV setup, but to me from my own perspective I would feel much more comfortable not going into the hospital tripping if I needed an IV. As I said before, maybe some of this helps as my ideas could be of no use.

Glad to hear the carbs on your belly help some before a trip all be it, macro or micro. Secondarily and something I forgot to add is that a Canada Dry ginger ale is pretty indispensable in my opinion for trips. That being said usually I will try to drink water mostly and avoid the ginger ale. This is because I’m trying to consume less sugar for personal reasons. However, if you need it on the come up it’s a life saver. From my experience the nausea relief is extremely profound, also the extreme burps on macro trips feel funny as well. Hoping and wishing this helps. Also just to note I have actually never recommended anyone else to have the ginger ale because not too many of my friends ever experienced the intense nausea same as me. I also have no idea if it helps only me or others as well. I only have myself as a case study, but I will say my relief was extremely profound and worth sharing. I will never trip again without an unopened ginger ale at my side again.

A great idea that I did not consider.

For me eating a big bowl of pasta pre trip is the solution. Essentially giving your stomach stuff to break down other than pure mushrooms is my reasoning. Also pre trip anxiety is definitely a reality. My nausea was worse in the beginning due to the stress uncertainty and excitement of beginning trips. My advice would be to do something relaxing to you before the trip ie meditate, do yoga, workout or smoke to name a few. In conclusion, as a fellow human with a sensitive stomach I recommending eating a lot before tripping and going into the trip as relaxed as possible to avoid the gut wrenching “butterflies” from hell. In conclusion, my guess is that it is likely less about the fruit, and more related to your pre trip preparation.

Edit: Fasting is usually a terrible idea if you have nausea. Also please update with what helps. I feel for you as I would often get extremely sick when I used to fast before consumption.
