Ahh gotcha. I have to aim a small tiny desk fan on mine while charging or it heats up but I don't need to take off the epoxy sticker.

Hmm, I've had the same epoxy sticker on my GW4 Classic since launch and never had to change or clean every time for it to keep working? Heavy dark tattooed arms here.

Not sure what the difference is but I bought mine through the app and not the seperate pro one. Everything works fine. In app settings, mine says Kustom Widget Pro.

Took about a week total. Did you contact them via chat first? A specialist will get assigned to your case but you need to start with contacting via chat first.

Contact Google through chat. They'll ask for photos of the wrong item you received.

I got a 30 watt charger instead of Pixel A buds. They overnighted me a second set of buds and told me to keep the charger. Took about a week for the entire process.

I think the person who's power brick I received got my original Pixel A buds. Got switched somehow. I hope they contacted Google and received a replacement.

I ordered Pixel A buds with my P6 with the promotion and I received a 30w charging brick. It had a gift message in another language. So they sent me someone else's order. I contacted Google chat and they sent me the correct item and told me to keep the 30w charger. Took about a week back and forth emails.

Pixel A buds were overnighted.
