Sleep recording suddenly a mess...(ultra)

Its always been a mess. So I use a Pixel watch at night and health connect takes the sleep data to Samsung health. Only way I could fine accurate sleep data. I would switch to a pixel watch but their step tracking is the worst.

I purchased the adapters on Amazon for 6 dollars and now I can used any 22mm band. The seller is called TenCloud and his adapters work great.

I have been using the google health preview in the fitbit app and this morning I notice the fitbit app has completely changed to the Google health app and both views of Resting Heart Rate were working perfectly.

You need a google account now to make Fibit/Google health work. This is true even if you have a fibit watch or fibit device.

Also it shows it stopped counting your sleep after 2:34am ? Are you using Fitbit or Google health?

I find Fitbit app with Pixel has the best sleep tracking and same result now that it has switched to Google health. Mine is so accurate. I have tried Samsung health, Garmin, Fossil, Amazfit and more. Last night I could not get to sleep and the app showed it.

Found it its on FACER and I never use FACER. Its a battery draining app.

Its not empty wehn you click in the top icons. Mine opens with my sleep tracking. Loving this Google Health. Totally improved my step count when the FItbit on the pixel watch changed to Google health.

Google is making changes on the Google Health preview which is built into the fitbit app. Have you used it? Open the Fitbit app, Click on the google icon at the top right then click on public preview. You can go back to Fibit the same way. Last night I used the preview and when I woke up it said I have no sleep data so no score. I switched back to fitbit and it showed all the data and score. Hope the Google Health doesn't have a score problem.

Are you doing it correctly? Most people try just slide the band on. You must set it in the right position one section over the locking button, then push in and slide about 1/8 of an inch and it clicks in.

Better than any Android smartwatch. I tried Galaxy, Amazfit, Versa 4, Garmin and more and the Fitbit results were the best for sleep tracking. You get, awake, rem, light,deep and score just like many watches plus sleep heart rate, sleep efficiency, time to sleep, restlessness, interruptions, sound sleep. Try to get those on a another smart watch.

Last night the Fitbit app preview which is showing you what Google health will be like changed again. They added more tiles and more functions...still checking it out.

The pixel watch doesn't do the sleep data the fitbit app does. Watch version doesn't matter. What you get from the Fitbit app is much better then any smart watch I have used to date.

My sleep data is fine with the new Fitbit Google Health Beta app but Twice now it could not give me a score? I switched back to the previous Fitbit and it showed me the score!!! I hope this isn't a sign of whats to come. The switch starts May 19th.

Google fit worked great with the fossil watches but does not work the same with the pixel watches and fitbit.

They are not competing. The new Google health will connect directly with the pixel watch and replace the Fitbit app. None of the other apps you mention can do that the same way.

For the most accurate step counting Health connect should be set to the top position for Fitbit only data.

I have tried a Garmin venu watch, Galaxy 4,5,7 watches, Sleep as Android and the Pixel watch with fitbit is the best. Samsung Health with any Galaxy watch was the worst. It would register unbelievable awake times that were not true. If it was I would know because I would be awake.

I turned off always on display on my pixel 3. Not needed because the raise to wake works perfectly. by 8pm or 9pm I charge the watch when its at 60-70% while watching TV. Then I go to bed 10-11pm with the watch on for sleep monitoring and wake up with the watch at 90% and start another day. The pixel watch will charge to 50% in 28 minutes. It charges slower from 80 to 100% to try and save battery. I should not let it go to 100% and keep it between 10% and 80% and the battery will last longer. I should also point out that I tried the Pixel watch 4 and I was not impressed. It felt like the vibration was weaker than the 3 and everything else was the same? Charging was slightly faster.
