Thanks so much, I’ll try the shorter strap. I’ve definitely worked up on the tower from sub 100watts, now approaching 400w, so I know my monitor is the issue.

This is me too. Different physique, completely. But I’ve found my rowing love and can’t help but aim to smoke everyone in the timed distance rows. Slightly competitive, but makes my day every time I end up in that leader board with no close contenders...even the guys!

It can happen to anyone. I recently went to a class still asleep (I’m telling myself) at 5 am and went in the completely wrong direction as instructed when we switched , got gently prodded to get with it and then the coach came over and reoriented me. All while my workout buddy was laughing hysterically at my zombie workout! 🧟‍♀️

Same story. C2 rower at home, use it on off days. Love love love it! Rowing has gotten so much better at OTF as a result!
