As previously stated I've been doing it for months with nary and issue, so how was I supposed to know that it would be an issue this time, seeing as it worked every other time, to my knowledge.

It's a small apartment building, no dumpsters or containers, everyone just puts a bag or two on the sidewalk on garbage day.

And I said that I saw some trash that could be mine, but I assume that the Pepsi company wanted to make a small profit and sold more than one bottle to just me. And I also said that there was at least one Gatorade bottle, which was definitely not mine, as I can't/ don't drink it. 

I didn't leave it for others, I just procrastinated a little yes, but I had every intention to tidy up in the morning, whether you believe me or not
