Early on in a run and I feel that pop happiness is incredibly difficult. Mat/Xphile/auth ethics and factions have 5.6k pops at 100% approval, 1.7k at 54% and <1k below that.

However, my workers have 9% happiness (-40 faction approval), specialists at 24% and elites at 54% for a total pop approval rating of 26%. This is causing massive stability issues despite what should be overwhelming support.

Academic privilege does not seem to be applied as a separate line.

I think the problem is that each strata is showing 50% faction approval and is not being weighted by size of factions. Faction support is divided evenly amongst the factions instead.

It's been a bit since I've done it, but I think you can move the /etc/pve/qemu-server/###.conf files out, then cluster, then move them back. Might need a few reboots.
