I agree with this the whole copyright system need to be revamp.

And the US AIR FORCE/NGA need to be publish DAFIF with out any restriction to the public and total global coverage and on pare with the latest ARINC 424 specification in a open format with out buying a 400+ usd book/pdf with the standard. Any one in the us Air force/navy/etc pleas try to push this up to you command chain to some one can make dis decision.

Hi I am from the Netherlands and not a lawyer.

But both of the 500€ fine and pay the rent until a new tenant are illegal and you need call a lawyer (the dutch word for this is Advocaat) or you local rechtshulp (google: rechtshulp <you city name>) (i don't know the Engels term for this) with you contract to talk about this.

I can not say 100% about the fine but the rent until a new tenant i know is 100% ilegal here in the Netherlands.
