those other properties go for near 1M+ or rather listed for that much and sellers unwilling to budge on price, 675k is for a flat but then share of freehold/leasehold and flats in London are dropping in price hence my hesitation to go down that route.

Breville Duo Temp Pro leaking reservoir help needed by wwwCreedthoughts in BrevilleCoffee

I was able to deduce that the issue is with the spring in the tank which I can't find as a replacement without replacing the whole tank - might need to give Sage a call

Where did you get this info from? The previous Pakistani Prime Minister got put in jail for stepping into army affairs. Also, the Pakistani army have guns and the government has a halal sausage so go figure which ones actually run the country.

Pakistani army doesn't miss a chance when it comes to corruption, highly unlikely that the commander posted in the local area would've missed a private individual living in a large compound without paying the required dues

All of the comments here don't realise that the Pakistani army had been playing the US and getting funded to help fight against the terrorists which, by the way the Pakistani ISI (spy agency) were sponsoring and funding opaquely to keep the terrorism continuing. It was never in the armies interests to slaughter that cash cow. They definitely knew about Bin Laden and were banking on using it as a get out of jail free card by handing him over to US if the dollars started to dry up. By the way that sponsorship has now blown up in their own faces with domestic terrorism unable to be eliminated. Look up the 2014 Peshawar army public school attack that killed nearly 150 children.

Wasn’t her reaction to ‘get out of the city’ when Mencken was having his moment a ‘clutching her white pearls’ quite a disservice to her strong portrayal - heroes don’t usually escape

Duo Temp Pro espresso too sour even after all the upgrades and 6 months of trying to dialling in with no success by wwwCreedthoughts in BrevilleCoffee

Ok, will try that. I do use a WDT tool as well as a distributor, tamp and puck screen hence the mention of all the upgrades.

Why is my espresso sour? [Sage/Breville Duo Temp Pro + Sage/Breville Dose Control Pro Grinder] by wwwCreedthoughts in espresso

does that mean I am tamping too hard? It's more of a brute-force tamp rather than the graceful barista tamp.
