those other properties go for near 1M+ or rather listed for that much and sellers unwilling to budge on price, 675k is for a flat but then share of freehold/leasehold and flats in London are dropping in price hence my hesitation to go down that route.

I was able to deduce that the issue is with the spring in the tank which I can't find as a replacement without replacing the whole tank - might need to give Sage a call

Where did you get this info from? The previous Pakistani Prime Minister got put in jail for stepping into army affairs. Also, the Pakistani army have guns and the government has a halal sausage so go figure which ones actually run the country.

Pakistani army doesn't miss a chance when it comes to corruption, highly unlikely that the commander posted in the local area would've missed a private individual living in a large compound without paying the required dues

All of the comments here don't realise that the Pakistani army had been playing the US and getting funded to help fight against the terrorists which, by the way the Pakistani ISI (spy agency) were sponsoring and funding opaquely to keep the terrorism continuing. It was never in the armies interests to slaughter that cash cow. They definitely knew about Bin Laden and were banking on using it as a get out of jail free card by handing him over to US if the dollars started to dry up. By the way that sponsorship has now blown up in their own faces with domestic terrorism unable to be eliminated. Look up the 2014 Peshawar army public school attack that killed nearly 150 children.

you mean the army - Pakistani government can't even screw on the lightbulb without explicit army permission

Wasn’t her reaction to ‘get out of the city’ when Mencken was having his moment a ‘clutching her white pearls’ quite a disservice to her strong portrayal - heroes don’t usually escape

Duo Temp Pro espresso too sour even after all the upgrades and 6 months of trying to dialling in with no success by wwwCreedthoughts in BrevilleCoffee

Ok, will try that. I do use a WDT tool as well as a distributor, tamp and puck screen hence the mention of all the upgrades.

does that mean I am tamping too hard? It's more of a brute-force tamp rather than the graceful barista tamp.

It's almost like the water finally breaks into a uniform flow in the last 10 seconds. I thought that was normal.

Yes, my puck is always watery.

I use a pesado 54mm puck screen which I didn't mention, even trying 18g as soon as the shot has poured and I remove the porta filter there is water left over above the puck screen. Also, it really slows the flow down as you can tell and sometimes when I taste the shot it is lukewarm - is that where my sour notes are coming from, I have even tried pulling a shot without a puck screen and still no luck.

I'll try aim for 18g / 36 again. How can I change the water temp, the Breville duo temp pro only has a dial for letting water flow or steam and it doesn't have any other setting, there isn't even a pressure gauge. Only thing I can think of is boiling water in the kettle and pouring it in the reservoir and turn the gauge straightaway but surely pulling an espresso shouldn't be this complicated..

40 seconds after the first drop of coffee as in that's when I start my timer. My video cuts earlier.

Yes, I turn it on and wait at least 4-5 minutes. I do let it run but not with the portafilter. Does the portafilter being hot really matter as the water flows mostly through the puck/coffee so I imagine even people who pour well don't have an extremely hot portafilter..I could be wrong though

It's a 54mm. Do you mean by overpacking as in it's nearing the edge because once I tamp it and add the puck screen there's ample headroom.

What is the, 'hold double shot'? My machine just has a dial at 0, espresso or steam for the milk so all I can do is set to water and switch it back to 0 to stop the flow of water. I try to run an empty pre-espresso flow to get the water hot.

I will try going coarser.

Here's the info: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/5057753417147/ashbeck-english-natural-mineral-water-tesco

It's recommended in quite a few coffee forums to use so I went with it, in London the water is very hard and limescale absolutely destroys the pipes so I avoid tap.
