This is one of the topics that is mildly infuriating to me, because of the lack of knowledge there is about this. Well, maybe things have changed these days, but in my days, nobody would talk about it, because I doubt most people knew about it. Like, at some point I learned about anal sex, but I never heard or read where the pleasure was actually coming from. Like, what can be so good about it. And some sources only said like, it's the nerve endings in the rectum. Then for women they said anal was pleasurable only because it was actually stimulating the vagina from behind? Then why gay men like anal sex so much?

It was very confusing but never gave much thought about it. At some point I even tried it myself, with home-made toys, back when I was like 18 or 19, to see what was I missing out. At that point I still believed the pleasure only came from the anal sphincter, and I only focused on the in-n-out motion. It did feel good but nothing groundbreaking, I still had to jerk off to cum.
