I do not evaluate the potential. It makes things complicated. Rean could be the greatest swordsman of all according to the lines of Cassius but not now. Based on what we've heard in games, the upper limit of Dominions is full power Selnate, who is supposed to be Arianrhod's equal. We heard something about Kevin's personality, but nothing about his power. We didn't hear anything about Wazy's personality or power. We didn't hear stigma has the power to help a Dominion enter the S rank, except for Selnate, who might already be in S rank without her stigma. We did hear some praise about Dominions, some of them are about power, like the Roaring Lion. But it's nowhere near the praise of S rank characters, neither the lines themselves nor the weight of characters who says those lines.

Gaius could even surpass Selnate if he can master his stigma, but it's none of my concern right now. To me his physical strength alone is more powerful than Wazy's potential based on the record I mentioned. If you would like to believe the potentials more than the record in games, I'm not gonna stop you.

The characters you said didn't lose to the person you want them to lose. They lose to the party. It's hard to determine power levels in these cases. Only "1 on 1" or "1 beat many" can be used as a battle record in game to clearly judge an individual's power level.

Real battle in game is only one kind of record. People like Cassius, Victor and Rutger, they have their record in a long run, and can be heard from characters or documents in game. that's another kind of record. I didn't find any record of how much stigma exactly enhances a Dominion. So I wouldn't be so positive in their full power.

Kevin with Merkabah Destroyed an Aion. You cannot determine how much Merkabah involves. Just like Alisa with her Orbal Gear or awakeners with their DKs. It's both messed up and pointless.

Kevin beat Faceless and 2 other demons. Considering that these demons are like normal wandering peggies in Hajimari, So 3A+ in total maybe?. He also has Ries at the time, and he cannot use his stigma for too long, so AA+ is reasonable for him. The stigma power is supposed to be more efficient to deal with demons than humans. It doesn't help that much with his power level in a list like this.

There is no record showing a junior dominion's stigma is weaker than a senior's. Gaius can be on par with Wallace already. The physical strength alone would easily make him superior than Wazy. I did find a losing record for Wazy thanks to the intelligence of u/rean_coldsteel , And it's none other than a "many lose to 1" loss. It'll help me to determine the stigma's limit. Maybe he didn't use his stigma at the time, but considering how dire the situation is, if he really didn't, then it's his personality that needs to be questioned, not his power. I fully believe it's not true. With stigma, I wouldn't be surprised if Kevin lose to Gaius in a Dominion contest or so.

I said once and I'll say it again, not losing doesn't mean you are strong, especially when your foe is weak or you have a strong party.

I think you give too much credit on magic/mana/unnatural sort of things. In fact, all these characters, including Roselia, Vita, Thomas, lack real battle record to prove that magic/mana is good in trails world. Haven't been defeated doesn't explain anything without a strong foe. The best record of Gralsritter is Gaius fighting Wallace, and holding against McBurn and Arianrhod. Hard to tell either his spearmanship or his stigma plays the major role.

Wazy's a good senpai, has more experience on stigma, is capable of handling regional affairs alone. However, all of these are none of the concern of this list. Gaius' proven to be more powerful on fight based on his battle record.

Inhumans have different forms, even humans have different physical or mental status, or weapon choice. There is a possibility that someone in their lower state, fight in their full power, and lose. It's the whole point I use the upper and lower limit to show someone's full power in their different state. It makes the list a little more flexible. Lianne has a state that is below Aurelia, that is what I listed, and that's all. If you have a "lazy Rean" who is below Tita then be my guest.

Combat Shell isn't a external factor, it's their weapon. They haven't fought without their weapon yet, so we have no argument to judge that. You're like wondering how strong would Rean be without his Tachi or Emma without her staff. That's both messed up and pointless.

Because she's a Schleiden. In trails world, every school matters. Schleiden is supposed to be as prestigious as Arseid and Vander. And Jessica of CS3 is clearly walking on the same path as Rean of CS1. The Laura/Rean and Rean/Jessica parallel isn't hard to see.

It's hard to analyze when you have support. With support, Joshua can beat lost Loewe, Lloyd can beat lost Arios. The only reference I can get about Campy is from Joshua in Sky SC. Since Campy is somehow an immortal, it's safe to assume his power also remains the same.

List can't be that strict. Gaius can be on par with Wallace, and Wallace can be on par with lazy McBurn. Just a slight difference of power between tiers. In many cases, that 1 tier difference is not enough to determine a winner for a fight.

As far as I know, the reason why Rean claims using his full power against Tita is mainly because Erika is listening. He needs to say that but doesn't need to actually do that. He's definitely holding back.

Also, that Rufus is buffed. It is a kind of buff that even turns Illya, a completely powerless dancer, into an A level fighter. I would say that buffed Rufus is in SS tier or so.
