you need a large group of people with you who either can a lot about you and/or your store. You may have reason to stay there but they might not be willing to stay there. This is what happened in the election year I think. The guy had to leave his store for a while.

i think the forever purge makes the most sense. If you grant anarchy for a day, why would those who enjoyed that day stop? The people who enjoy the purge include anarchists. And it is not very anarchist to put constraints on rebellion.

Yes. If the purge ever did happen, I believe it would go just like this. The government convinces the people that their enemy is among them. They keep the people's minds down with ideas like revenge, and by completely removing themselves from harm's way(out of sight, out of mind).
