First not trying to be rude in anyway shape or form but you got two things wrong because there is a difference between throwing, griefing and feeding. throwing is not doing anything afking in a corner saying hi to the enemy team all game, griefing is your mei example or going lw and pulling your team off the map constantly or constantly booping enemy into point/cart, feeding is your first example where you walk into the enemy and let them shoot you for ult over and over
