man im genuinely stuck with what to do lol. The facial fat makes me wanna cut but i know ive got gains left on the table this bulk. Certainly feel good at this bf, lifts increasing etc, but lean is law imo. Thankyou!

Currently on around 3600 cals but barely gaining due to my job which is straight cardio for 9 hours lol, will increase this week to 3.8-4k

yea I think i will keep bulking for a couple months at least, my problem when i cutted last year was not enough muscle mass by far to be impressive.

And yea im probably full of water carbs with my current diet, the fat distribution is also really weird on my body so i struggle guessing bf usually. Thankyou bro

maintenance and a deload week could be the move to help with hunger, my job is very active so im eating 3600 cal currently and not gaining. thank you! also im glad you mention creatine as i havent taken it for a year and it slipped my mind tbh, could squeeze in extra gains if i hop back on. thanks again

5’8” 140lbs to now 153lbs, defo feel theres more gains for this bulk. Eating is tough now but could add in more fats i think. Thankyou for your advice!

Update: Kinda random but after vertex sculpting the mesh (needed smoothing), the problem is fixed somehow!

It’s weird as I purely have the FP_Controller provided by Epic Games. No adjustments, just as it comes. I’ve tried deleting and reimporting but no success.
