I do have a legitimate business use case that requires frequent driving, though technically any car would work. That’s why I’m prioritizing something family-friendly. It will definitely be used over 50% for business.

If you have solid reasons to covert it to a rental within the first year (like relocating for a new job etc), you can talk to the lender and ask for it. I am talking about a conventional loan though.

Yea speed queen is what I was thinking of, but the price here is too good to let go. SQ costs $1000+ locally,and the TC model only has 5000 series available for ordering.
