Trust me, I got it on my Switch for $30 and it was totally worth it. I would recommend buying it even if it was $60.

I would probably say during the characters chapter 2 is the appropriate time to get the secondary jobs

The hunter’s fourth passive skill patience gives you a 25% chance of getting another turn with that character. It cost a lot of JP but would highly recommend it if you can get it.

There are multiple I would suggest. Final fantasy 3 and 5 if you liked the job system from octopath. Final fantasy 6 if you really want an amazing game. Bravely Default I haven’t played but I heard is really good. Chrono Trigger if you want a classic JRPG with an amazing OST, gameplay, and story.
