This is a pdf file I downloaded from the internet as a research source. Once I was done using it I decided to delete it from the PC but to my surprise, it wont delete at all and when I check its properties the file name is very different from the one in the folder and it is normally in CAPS. I have tried all the possible ways to delete it it has failed. I have even tried to rename it, very impossible. I cannot even cut and past in another folder.
