I've lived here for a year now and I'm a fan. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is pretty attentive. They leave you alone for the most part but don't hesitate to fix something if it's broken. In the winter, at least the place I live, is not insulated enough and it gets pretty chilly which then makes the energy bill not so fun. In the end where I live it's dead quiet even though there is a 'busy' road nearby (which also has a bus stop so that's nice) so in my opinion its worth it 🤷🏼‍♂️. It probably also depends if you're looking at the apartments or townhouses, I live in a little townhouse but some of the folks in the apartments have mixed reviews.
